Iconic Builders constructed a brand new office with sound deadening batting, newly framed bullpen walls, a ‘big ass’ fan, decorative carpet tile and corrugated aluminum ceiling dressing. We ran all new electrical wiring, modified and upgraded existing HVAC systems with exposed round ducts to achieve a modern a industrial esthetic style. We installed acoustic ceiling tiles for each new office, all while ensuring disturbances to on-site staff were minimal. The Iconic team completed weekly walkthroughs with Len’s leadership to ensure the work is being completed on schedule and to the highest quality while creating a minimal effect on the staff.
