With a five month timeline in place, the Iconic team hit the ground running and immediately excavated the empty lot to prepare for the new buildings foundation. The 3-story structure included many beautiful touches for the new renters that includes custom black finishes, custom tile backsplashes, unique lighting fixtures, and a stainless steel appliance package. The build included the installation of a brand new utility and sewer line, 3 min-split systems, a new 400 AMP service panel, (5) full bathrooms, (3) full kitchens, and (1) laundry package per unit.
