Included in the list of eye opening touches is the renovated elevator that includes a individualized 'penny' floor and the top-to-bottom new kitchen that incorporates a 10 ft island, custom cabinetry, a herringbone patterned tile floor, a wooden accent wall, and a high end stainless steel appliance package. Upon entering one of the bathrooms, you may notice a full shower of custom set tile encapsulated with a glass wall, froster interior windows specifically cut to maximize natural light, or the custom free standing soaker tub. 

Once you reach the top floor, you can enjoy skyline views of the Baltimore skyline, harbor and canton neighborhood via the IPE rooftop deck, hot tub with a custom built platform, or via the enlarged windows in the newly renovated sunroom.
