Attwick Road, Roland Park
A local family working at the neighboring John Hopkins University tasked Iconic Builders with renovating their historic home within the Roland Park neighborhoods of Baltimore. The renovation encompassed touches of the home's history and unique modern finishes within the new kitchen, 3 bedrooms, and 2.5 bathrooms. The client requested the finishing photos be kept private.
Project Description
This 2,800 square foot renovation included a new, custom kitchen with top of the line appliances and imported countertop granite and floor tile. The 2.5 renovated bathrooms all contained custom tile surrounds and unique vanities. The home's historic features were renovated along the way which includes the side paver patio, attic entertainment center, and exterior stucco.
