Located in the heart of the Charles Village district of Baltimore and bordering the undergraduate campus of The John Hopkins university, this historic row home was the beneficiary of a basement, first floor, third floor, and rooftop renovation that transformed this hundred year old property into a custom home for the owners. The clients requested that Iconic keep the finishing photos private.
Project Description
The Iconic team began the project with demolishing the basement of the historic home, including the careful deconstruction and replacement of key structural parts and pouring a completely new concrete slab; The basement was made into a separate livable unit with a galley kitchen, full bathroom, and bedroom. The first floor received a completely renovated, tiled and granite installed custom kitchen and refinished hardwood floors throughout. The upper levels and rooftop received all refinished floors, stairs, balusters, and a newly accessed rooftop deck.
