Located in the heart of the family orientated Canton neighborhood, this rowhome was the result of a full gut renovation that transformed this 1,500 square foot end of group home into a custom unit for the family. The clients requested the home's finals photos to be kept private.
Project Description
This 2 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom end-of-unit home includes 2 newly tiled bathrooms, refinishing hardwood floors throughout, an all-new custom kitchen, a drop-down rear addition mudroom, and a brand new custom cornice. The house was equipped with all new electrical, plumbing, a dual zone ducted HVAC system, and custom/private rooftop deck.
