After purchasing this 3,300 sq ft home, our client tasked the team with constructing a 1,500 sq ft addition, spanning the entire rear side of the home. The project incorporated a comprehensive renovation of the existing structure, including a full renovation of the basement. The teams carefully demolished the existing interior, poured a new concrete slab for the rear addition and the 5-month renovation was underway. The finished home, wrapped with a new brick and hardie board exterior, would house an enlarged custom kitchen with a 10 ft island that leads into the new dining room, covered with large ceramic tiling. Opening into the renovated living room that borders the wood paneled study and surrounds the custom marble fireplace, all below hand installed trey ceilings. The converted laundry room with custom built-ins, glass library, new rec room, and basement passover kitchen are just several unique features of this 5 bedroom, 4 bathroom home.
