A local family living in a townhome in the Hampden neighborhood in Baltimore tasked Iconic with the project of building a modern 2-story addition the the rear of their home. With unique touches and a vision for design, Iconic completed this project within 4-months. The client requested to keep the finishing project's photos private.

Project Description

Included within this exciting addition is a custom mudroom with radiant floor heating. After matching the trim and design of the existing kitchen, Iconic impeded the second floor of the addition into the existing hallways of the home. With (3) new bedrooms and (1) new master bathroom built, including a historic bricked doorframe, the Iconic team heated the new project through the renovation of the existing radiators at the client's request. After the GAF granulated roof was installed and the cement siding was placed, the project was ready for the family to enjoy!
