The team turned this unfinished 2,000+ sqft basement into a liveable entertainment space that features a custom, full sized chef's kitchen, FIVE additional bedrooms, and FOUR additional bathrooms. During the 3-month project, the team worked with the client to ensure the kitchen incorporated both the professional-grade kitchen elements needed, as well as the design details that would be seen by millions of YouTube viewers. The process involved the installation of (2) new HVAC systems and a 40-foot-steel beam to replace the demolished load-bearing walls for an enlarged and uninterrupted entertaining space.
