Located in the heart of Upper Fells Point, this 100% pressure treated wood deck is the result of a custom approach in demolishing a small wall on the third floor and being constructed up a narrow approved space to get optimum rooftop access.
Project Description
This lightly wooded two-story pressure treated deck has 360 degree views of the upper fells point and canton neighborhoods in Baltimore city. Iconic managed the entire process including the permitting and zoning approval process.
