With a limited timeframe, and many logistical challenges revolving around the working teams within the company, the Iconic team completely renovated this end-of-group rowhome from a two story residence into a three floors of commercial office space. This included demolishing the property to the studs, underpinning the basement, and fully renovating each floor.
