Our great partners at GL Capital commissioned Iconic to completely renovate a recently purchased (2) unit property on a corner in the Remington neighborhood of Baltimore. Including a brand new addition, built on a newly poured concrete slab, this new build turned this failing building into a (2) unit income producing rental property for the GL Capital team.

Project Description

This project created two 1,200 sq ft townhomes, side-by-side featuring fully renovated kitchens, stackable washer/dryers, first floor bathrooms, dining and living room areas on the first floor. There is one master bedroom suite in each property, each with their own fully renovated tile bathrooms.
