Project Description

With a five month timeline, the Iconic team took a previously deteriorating property to it's current, pristine condition which includes a new room layout, a new kitchen, three bathrooms, four bedrooms, multiple custom 'study niches', and a walkout deck for entertaining. This project was built for college student renters and custom additions such as individual study niches, multiple flex areas, and the rear entertaining area add to the rental value.
