An old neighborhood bar that unfortunately moved on was the site of our client's new investment project. This dual renting property contained an first floor (and basement) commercial rental space and a second floor residential rental unit. Located in the heart of Federal Hill, this property was built to maximize the real estate's rental possibilities.

Project Description
This property was the product of a full gut renovation of the existing and deteriorating bar. This included the demolition of a dilapidating 'shed' that was attached to the property, which allowed our teams to construct a 10ft 3-story addition to the property, all over a brand new concrete slab. The three story structure offers a full kitchen, multiple bedrooms, bathrooms, and a flexible commercial space for renters.
