With a timeline of 4-months, throughout the COVID pandemic, the Iconic Builders team rolled up their sleeves and renovated the deteriorating space into a beautiful, rental maximizing two-bedroom, one bathroom unit with an outdoor deck and custom kitchen. The refinished, original floors throughout the space add to the historically built walls that captured the 'old Hampden' style for the renters.
