The renovations where completed within a four month timeline. Iconic Builders was comissioned to oversee and manage the entire project which included demolishing the kitchen, bathrooms, and multiple interior walls, installaing a new HVAC system, plumbing system and electrical system and completely reworking the interior footprint. Iconic Builders included thoughtful design details like built-in shelving, intricate moldings in order to maintain the charm of the original home.
